Is there a monthly fee to keep my website up? There is no monthly fee to host your site. Your initial cost gives you one full year of hosting. Annually you're responsible for a yearly renewal of your web hosting and that will depend on the plan you purchase. If you opt into a web maintenance plan, you may have a monthly fee for those updates. Check out our Web Maintenance Plans available.
How long will it take for my website to go live? It can take anywhere from 10 days to 2 months to get your website up and running. Depending on how prepared you are with your content, logo, images and initial ideas we can get your site up within two weeks if necessary.
Is it okay if I've already bought my domain name? Yes, you would provide us with your DNS (Domain Name Server) information and we'll take care of the rest. Remember that we treat your username, password and all sensitive account information with the upmost privacy and responsibility.
